Delivery Info

Delivery allocation

We deliver on a first-come first-served basis
-
We deliver everyday to Brampton, Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville and Bolton
-
We deliver to Brantford, Hamilton and Burlington area on Mondays and Thursdays
-
We deliver to Durham on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
-
We deliver to Kitchener, Guelph and Cambridge on Thursdays
-
In case of Snow Days or Family Days, all deliveries will be pushed back by one day
-
We deliver on PA Days. Where there is no coordinator on site, our drivers will ensure all product will be stored accordingly​
Receiving the delivery
-
Please make sure there is enough space in the fridge for the driver to place the dairy
-
Please ensure the products are inspected at the time of receival or soon after the delivery has been made
-
Please notify us of any errors, damages, or missing items within 24 hours
-
If an item was delivered in error, please store at the recommended temperature for us to pick up at the earliest opportunity
Returns
-
Please take pictures and send to us of any damaged product within 24 hours

A replacement item or a credit memo will be issued upon request to be used against payment
Payment

We accept cheques, cash or e-transfer to info@goodfoods.ca

Our drivers can pick up cheques at the time of delivery if requested
