Delivery Info

Delivery allocation

  • We deliver on a first-come first-served basis

  • We deliver everyday to Brampton, Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville and Bolton

  • We deliver to Brantford, Hamilton and Burlington area on Mondays and Thursdays

  • We deliver to Durham on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

  • We deliver to Kitchener, Guelph and Cambridge on Thursdays

  • In case of Snow Days or Family Days, all deliveries will be pushed back by one day

  • We deliver on PA Days. Where there is no coordinator on site, our drivers will ensure all product will be stored accordingly​

Receiving the delivery

  • Please make sure there is enough space in the fridge for the driver to place the dairy 

  • Please ensure the products are inspected at the time of receival or soon after the delivery has been made 

  • Please notify us of any errors, damages, or missing items within 24 hours

  • If an item was delivered in error, please store at the recommended temperature for us to pick up at the earliest opportunity

 

Returns

  • Please take pictures and send to us of any damaged product within 24 hours 

  • A replacement item or a credit memo will be issued upon request to be used against payment

 

Payment

  • We accept cheques, cash or e-transfer to info@goodfoods.ca

  • Our drivers can pick up cheques at the time of delivery if requested
